BC 1 Call (BC1C) seeks to obtain the services of a contact centre operator to begin work by March 1, 2020.

The preferred contractor or subcontractor will work with the new Pelican locate system that was launched in early 2019 to assist with locate requests, handle traditional contact and customer support duties, and interface with BC1C members. Applicants will also be required to implement disaster response and business continuity processes to ensure continuous operations in all environments.
