To “call”, please use 1-800-474-6886 to submit a locate request. There is only one phone number for BC 1 Call.
DO NOT USE OR SHARE these out-of-service phone numbers: *6886 or (604) 257-1940.
Some damage prevention documents may still include the out-of-service numbers. If you encounter any of these, please contact operations@bc1c.ca and we will be very happy to provide updated information for your use. We appreciate your help!
