Response times
Please note there may be temporary delays in response times following a locate request. BC1C members are working hard to meet required timelines.
Service interruptions
As folks across the province work from home to mitigate the spread of COVID-19, there has been a strain on telecommunication providers. This has resulted in intermittent connectivity issues with our 1-800 number.
As a result, we encourage making locate requests online. If you are unable to request a locate online and cannot get through on our 1-800 number (please note this may take a few tries due to current circumstances), you may call our non toll-free emergency line at 712-538-4089.
