BC 1 Call is pleased to announce that PelicanCorp has won our competitive RFP process for contact centre services.

Effective March 2, 2020, PelicanCorp will become our strategic partner, providing both our core operational software that has been delivering efficiencies and convenience for BC 1 Call, its members and users since early 2019, as well as our contact centre services.

Bringing our web-based and call centre services seamlessly under a single, globally recognized service provider will enable us to strengthen BC 1 Call's industry leadership and experience for the benefit of members and users.

There will be no changes or disruptions to service during this transition period.
