BC 1 Call exists to serve the needs of our stakeholders. In order to ensure our service is useful and aids in your damage prevention strategies, it’s crucial we hear from you, our members.  

To make it easy to provide your feedback, BC 1 Call conducts annual surveys. We’re thrilled to announce the launch of our 2024 Member Survey and encourage you to complete the survey to help guide our service’s evolution.

Who can participate in the survey?

Anyone who is employed by an organization that is a current BC 1 Call member.

Multiple respondents from a single organization are welcome. Please feel free to forward our survey to team members whose work is related to BC 1 Call. The more feedback we receive, the better.

What’s in it for me?

Who doesn’t like prizes? If you submit your answer by November 20, 2024,  you will automatically be entered to win a BC 1 Call draw prize basket and…. a $200 Home Depot gift card!

What can I expect while answering the survey?

Information submitted will be shared in an aggregated form so that individual respondent’s answers will be kept completely confidential. The questionnaire requires only 8-10 minutes of your time.

You will be asked questions related to the following topics:

  • Satisfaction with BC 1 Call’s Service & Membership
  • Member Damage Prevention & Damage Incident Tracking
  • BC 1 Call Communications with Members
  • Promotion of BC 1 Call
