
Improvements to BC 1 Call locate requests coming in February!
Member Readiness Check! Please note, this update alters outbound tickets sent to facility owners and locators. If you parse incoming tickets or use a ticket management system, you need to make configuration changes and adjust your system. We strongly recommend that you test your system prior to February 4 to ensure you are able to receive tickets after we go live. Sample tickets in the new format are posted on BeforeYouDigPartners.com.
Upcoming enhancements include:
- Revision Numbers: a new ticket-number format
- Multi-Dig Site mapping: the ability to map multiple dig sites on a single ticket
- SMS Opt-In
- Ticket Action Reason: a new field that displays the reason for a ticket edit
- Work End Date: a new optional field
