HOLIDAY HOURS FOR THE CALL CENTRE:
To give our amazing agents a well-deserved break during our typically slow holiday season, BC 1 Call’s call centre will be closed at 5:00 pm, on December 23 and will reopen at 7:00 am on December 27.
Then again, from 5:00 pm December 30 and will reopen at 7:00 am January 3, 2023.
During these closures, online locate requests will continue to be processed, and Emergency Locate Requests calls taken by agents at our 800 number!
