Given the strong year BC 1 Call had in 2020 (you can check our annual report here) and with the goal to further our progress, we are excited to share the launch of our annual Member Survey!

Who Can Participate in the Survey?

If you work for an organization that is a current BC 1 Call member, we encourage you to provide your input to help guide the future initiatives that will allow us to serve you better.

Multiple respondents from a single organization are welcome to participate! Please feel free to forward our survey to team members whose work is related to BC 1 Call. The more feedback we receive, the better!

What Can I Get in Return for Participating?

How about gifts? Respondents who submit their answers by May 2 will be considered for a prize draw, including a $200 gift card from Home Depot and a BC 1 Call-themed gift package, with a wide variety of items including a portable charger, coffee mug and pair of socks.

What Can I Expect While Answering the Survey?

The information you submit will be kept confidential and the questionnaire will only require 8-10 minutes of your time.

You will be asked questions related to the following topics:

  • Service and membership satisfaction
  • Membership fee structure
  • Member damage incidents tracking
  • Software enhancements
  • Communications with Members
  • Promotion of BC 1 Call and member support
